Oral Conscious Sedation

Oral conscious sedation is a moderate form of treatment that targets dental anxiety without the use of needles. Administered in pill form, this easy-to-take medication allows for improved comfort and relaxation while in the dentist’s chair. Taken one hour before your appointment, you can expect to feel at ease and unnerved by your visit. You’ll be able to respond to our team’s dental cues without sudden worry, and you’re unlikely to remember much from your appointment.

Nitrous Oxide Sedation

As a colorless and odorless gas, nitrous oxide is the mildest form of sedation, and its effects come on and dissipate quickly. Safe for all patients, it only requires that you inhale it through a nasal mask that you will wear during treatment. You’ll begin to feel relaxed, warm, and even euphoric as our team begins to provide necessary care. Once the gas is turned off and the mask is removed, the effects will quickly dissipate so that you can resume normal activity.
