With years of experience in dentistry and a strong passion for both precision and artistry, Dr. David Chyan brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to Rausch Family Dental. He finds fulfillment in the opportunity to grow, collaborate, and make a positive impact in the lives of those he treats every day.
Why Did You Become a Dentist?
For Dr. Chyan, dentistry offered the perfect blend of engineering and art. He was drawn to the challenge of solving complex problems while creating beautiful, lasting results with his hands and vision. That combination continues to inspire him and fuel his love for the profession.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Chyan earned his undergraduate degree at Augusta University and went on to graduate from the Dental College of Georgia. He is committed to lifelong learning and holds memberships in the American Dental Association (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AEGD), and Hinman Dental Society. He is also certified in laser dentistry, allowing him to deliver advanced, minimally invasive care.
What Do You Do Outside the Office?
Originally from Atlanta, Dr. Chyan enjoys cheering on the Braves and UGA football, spending quality time outdoors with his wife and their energetic dog. A fun fact, he was once an avid violinist and still appreciates music as a creative outlet.
